Club size room- $101 plus tax. All rates are based on single occupancy. Add $15.00 for each additional person age 12 and over.
Beginning in December 2010, guests may contact Member Services at (212) 575-0006. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before September 1, 2011. After this date reservations will be made on a first come first serve basis. A credit card will be necessary to reserve your room. To receive the rates listed below, please identify the Member Company as University of Pennsylvania. Guests must provide the group code: UPN106.

Airport High Speed Rail Line (Entrance on pedestrian bridges and commercial roadway) $7.00 one-way to the following convenient stops (an additional fare is required for connections on SEPTA regional rail lines):

Taxi Services Taxi services can be picked up at Zone 5 on the Commercial Transportation Roadway. All Taxi rates are based per trip, not per person. Most taxis can accommodate up to 3 passengers. In some cases certain vehicle types can accommodate 4 passengers. $28.50 Flat Rate from the Airport to the Central Philadelphia Area. This area encompasses Fairmount Ave (northernmost point) to South Street (southernmost point) and Delaware River (easternmost point) to University City/ 38th Street (westernmost point). Any destination that falls within these boundaries are eligible for the Center City flat rate.
Transportation from conference hotels to conference site on the University of Pennsylvania campus:
The University of Pennsylvania campus is approximately 2 miles from Center City Philadelphia. Taxi fare to campus would be approximately $8.00. SEPTA bus routes 40, 21, and 42 run west along Walnut Street and stop directly in the heart of campus. Fare is $2.00. A shuttle could also be arranged through the University of Pennsylvania to ferry participants from campus to downtown.
